Technical Customer Service Specialist

Frazer Consultants is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide friendly support for our customers. Candidates should have strong computer and phone skills, the ability to troubleshoot and work through general issues, a friendly demeanor, and be well organized with placing and tracking orders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support solutions to our customers using the Tribute Center desktop application and our website platform.
  • Taking orders over phone, email, and online.
  • Entering orders into Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Processing credit card and check payments for orders.
  • Tracking orders and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide resolutions, answer questions, and handle complaints and concerns.
  • Assisting with website support and general questions.
  • Assisting in the training of new customers.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in communication or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Willingness to learn the complete scope of Frazer products.
  • Highly organized.
  • Self-motivator.
  • Attention to detail.

Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will help us rapidly grow the Frazer sales pipeline. Reporting to our Account Executive Team, you’ll be responsible for finding and engaging prospective customers and converting them into sales opportunities. This role will have a critical impact on the expansion of our business and since we believe in rewarding hard work and promoting from within, you’ll be recognized & rewarded for your success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Become extremely well-versed in Frazer products and sales prospecting
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop a winning prospecting strategy
  • Proactively identify potential new customers and turn them into sales opportunities.
  • Generate and conduct selling/qualifying conversations with prospects
  • Qualify all inbound inquiries including leads from our website, print and online content
  • Be diligent in cold calling, emailing and prospect engagement
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and take an initiative to pave your own way
  • Desire to be a part of a team and work collaboratively towards a common goal

Marketing Specialist

Frazer Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing team.

 

This position helps develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. They collaborate with other departments within the company to set and understand marketing, sales, and company goals, and then develop a plan and strategy for reaching those goals through marketing efforts. With the help of the rest of the marketing team, they execute those plans and then monitor and analyze the results.

 

The right candidate has an understanding of multiple marketing channels, with special emphasis on email and outbound marketing efforts. They are comfortable working in a highly collaborative role and environment, and capable of staying organized with a variety of tasks and priorities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to set and understand marketing, sales, and company goals
  • Ideate and develop marketing campaigns that work toward meeting marketing, sales, and company goals
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as emails and other collateral
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different marketing media
  • Delegate the creation of marketing materials to other members of the marketing team as necessary to execute campaigns
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of related work experience (part-time and internships considered as well)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Comfortable and self-confident in collaborative environments
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing position, team, and company
  • An understanding of different marketing platforms and media
  • Email marketing experience or interest a plus, especially in content and customer relationship management platforms like Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
