Get the Help You Need Right Away
Though help is always a phone call or email away, the new help button makes it easier to get your questions answered right away. Simply click the help button above your admin panel, and you will be taken to our help portal where you can find answers to most of your questions.
Easy-to-Follow GIF Instructions
We realized that sometimes it’s hard to follow written directions without actually seeing what you’re supposed to do. That’s why we are working to add instructional GIFs to all of our helpful articles. This way you can see exactly what you need to do to get the results you want. A Brand-New Live Chat Feature
When you click on the help button and are then taken to our help portal, you’ll see a little blue button in the lower-left corner of your screen. When you click on it, our live chat feature pops up. During business hours, you can directly message one of our support specialists to get the help you need right away. If you have any questions outside of our business hours, you can still send your message using this chat feature and expect a follow up the next morning.
We even included the option to send files when you click on the little paperclip in the lower right corner of the chatbox. Then you can easily send us screenshots of anything you may be struggling with.
