We want to make things simpler for funeral directors and provide resources for navigating your Frazer-powered website and other features like Tribute Pay. That’s why we’ve created our Frazer Help Portal with an extensive and ongoing FAQ collection.
The collection not only includes frequently asked questions about our products and services but also other helpful topics, such as social media, to help make running your funeral home much easier. And with our help portal, you also can easily submit ticket requests for website changes or help with any questions.
Below is a brief breakdown of the features within our help portal.
Submitting Support Tickets
With just a few clicks, you can submit a support ticket request. Just select “New Support Ticket” under the Home section of the Frazer Help Portal. Then, fill out your email, ticket title, and description of what you’d like help with. You also can include any attachments that may be helpful by clicking “Attach a file.” Once you’re done, click the “Submit” button and you’re done!
To check your ticket status, you can click “Check Ticket Status” under the Home section of the Frazer Help Portal. Note, you’ll be prompted to log in to the help portal if you aren’t already.
Finding FAQ Answers
Under the Solutions section of the Frazer Help Portal, you’ll find several frequently asked questions on topics such as websites, Tribute Pay, Tribute eGuest, Tribute Store, and Tribute Center.
We created these solutions with you in mind, so we can help make navigating your website and other features as simple as possible. We also included general information about social media, clearing browser cache, and other tech-related frequently asked questions.
You also can use the search box at the top of the Home page or Solutions page to type your question or topic that you want to learn more about. Or there’s a chat box in the bottom right corner that you can type your questions into.
Under the Solutions section of the Frazer Help Portal, you’ll also find all of our tutorial videos. Watch and learn more about your website, Tribute Pay, and other Frazer Consultants products and services.
