Frazer Consultants has released an exciting new feature, Tribute Pay. Tribute Pay is an online payment center that allows your families to pay their funeral bill quickly and easily, but that’s just the beginning. Later this year, Tribute Pay also will power crowdfunding, keepsake orders, and mobile pay.

 

We are really excited about it, but don’t just take our word for it! See for yourself just how much funeral directors enjoy our new feature:

Although this may come as no surprise, I wanted to formally acknowledge how pleased we are with our new website!!  It’s clean, it’s fresh, and it’s professional!!  And it’s EASY!!  The simple fact that we can edit our content, upload pictures, videos, and obituaries is a huge plus for us.  With our previous provider we had to wait for someone else to make corrections, etc.

 

We have just added Tribute Pay to our website and already our families are using it to pay their invoice.  Again, it’s easy!!  It is not a complicated form and that’s the beauty of it; the families are not intimidated to use it.  All they do is enter their name, payment information and the name of the deceased.  Once they click pay we are notified by email that their payment is scheduled.  We do the rest!  And I REALLY like the floating “Make a Payment” button…….very ingenious y’all!!  Now it isn’t necessary to navigate the entire website, searching where to pay.

 

The best part is – we get to work with you!  Your customer service is number ONE!  Whether communication is through email, phone or in person, you treat us a though we are your only client.  It is a pleasure to work and collaborate with everyone there!  YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

If you’re already a Frazer Consultants customer, enrollment in Tribute Pay is simple. Follow the steps outlined below (or watch this video), and you’ll have Tribute Pay up and running for your families in no time.

 

  1. Access your administrator settings by visiting www.yourwebsitename.com/admin
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click the ‘Tribute Pay” tab
  4. Click “Tribute Pay Enrollment”
  5. Fill out the three different sections
  6. Once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions, a designer is notified of the request. They will add Tribute Pay to your website within 24 hours.
