| What
type of DVD’s should I use? |
| We
recommend Memorex DVD’s.
You should use either +R or –R
depending on what your burner
will allow. It seems that –R
are more compatible on all the
DVD Players. |

| How
come the disk doesn’t work
on some DVD Players? |
| Unfortunately,
no matter what DVD Software program
you use, there is no such thing
as 100% compatibility. However,
Video Assistant has a very high
success rate, about 95%. As time
goes on, the success rate will
continue to rise as the older
DVD Players get phased out. |

| What
does your pricing work? |
| The
Video Assistant is free upfront.
We give two free movie credits
for you to test it out. From there,
we sell “movie credits”.
You can purchase movie credits
from our online system after you
install the program. To do one
video takes 20 credits. A credit
is basically a dollar. However,
if you buy credits in a higher
volume, you can get additional
discounts.
